A certificate of compliance (as shown on the right hand side) is issued to all workplaces that are compliant in respect of their First Aid provision and sent directly to the nominated person at the workplace address.
Provision includes adequate numbers of First Aiders, equipment and facilities.
The certificate is valid for 12 months from the date you started your first assessment. Should your business circumstances change and you have amended your assessment within this 12 month period, you will have the option to reprint your certificate from us at no additional cost apart from postage and packing.
Alternatively, you may wish to print the new certificate and your updated report direct from the system, to your printer.
Amendment dates will be included on your updated certificate of compliance.
